Support Tickets

If you need assistance, you can create support tickets to contact our team.

Creating a Support Ticket

  1. Navigate to Help or Support
  2. Click Create a Ticket
  3. Enter a descriptive subject
  4. Describe your issue or question in detail
  5. Submit the ticket

Ticket Best Practices

When creating a ticket, include:

  • Clear description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
  • What you expected vs what happened
  • Any error messages you received

Viewing Your Tickets

Navigate to Support > Tickets to see all your tickets:

  • Ticket subject
  • Current status
  • Creation date
  • Response history

Responding to Tickets

When support replies to your ticket:

  1. Open the ticket
  2. Read the response
  3. Add your reply if needed
  4. Continue the conversation until resolved

Ticket Status

  • Open: Ticket is active and awaiting response
  • Closed: Ticket has been resolved

Closing a Ticket

If your issue is resolved:

  1. Open the ticket
  2. Click Close Ticket
  3. The ticket is marked as closed

You can create a new ticket if the issue recurs.
