Viewing Invoices

Access your billing history and download invoices for your records.

Accessing Invoices

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Invoices

Invoice List

You will see a list of all invoices including:

  • Invoice date
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status
  • Download button

Downloading Invoices

Click the download button next to any invoice to get a PDF copy.

Invoices include:

  • Your organisation details
  • Billing period
  • Plan details
  • Amount paid
  • Payment method used

Invoice Uses

Keep invoices for:

  • Expense tracking
  • Tax records
  • Internal accounting
  • Reimbursement claims

Invoice Timing

Invoices are generated:

  • When you subscribe to a plan
  • On each billing cycle date
  • When you upgrade and are charged prorated amounts
