Viewing Invoices
Access your billing history and download invoices for your records.
Accessing Invoices
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click Invoices
Invoice List
You will see a list of all invoices including:
- Invoice date
- Amount charged
- Payment status
- Download button
Downloading Invoices
Click the download button next to any invoice to get a PDF copy.
Invoices include:
- Your organisation details
- Billing period
- Plan details
- Amount paid
- Payment method used
Invoice Uses
Keep invoices for:
- Expense tracking
- Tax records
- Internal accounting
- Reimbursement claims
Invoice Timing
Invoices are generated:
- When you subscribe to a plan
- On each billing cycle date
- When you upgrade and are charged prorated amounts
