Managing Payment Methods

Keep your payment methods up to date to ensure uninterrupted service.

Accessing Payment Methods

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Payment Methods

Viewing Payment Methods

You will see all payment methods on file:

  • Card type and last four digits
  • Expiry date
  • Default payment method indicator

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Click Add Payment Method
  2. Enter your card details
  3. Submit the form

The new payment method will be added to your account.

Setting Default Payment Method

Your default payment method is used for automatic billing:

  1. Find the payment method you want to use
  2. Click Set as Default

Removing a Payment Method

  1. Find the payment method to remove
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm the removal

Note: You cannot remove your only payment method if you have an active subscription.

Security

  • Payment information is processed securely through Stripe
  • Full card numbers are never stored on our servers
  • You can manage your payment methods at any time
